Born in India, settled in England, Jonita D’souza assist modern day busy women who struggle with burn-out, body-love and authentic expression to
reconnect with their feminine and sensual energy.
What Jonita does, of course, got my attention, and I am sure she
will grab yours.
There seems to be an interesting discussion going on in the spiritual community about being positive and promoting positivity, and now it's being portrayed as something bad. Never mind that it has helped people heal their lives, heal diseases, and get rid of depression; however, we can never be positive all
the time.
When we look for balance, we tend to see extremes on both sides, like a swaying pendulum. The imbalance now is promoting negativity and negative feelings without sharing with people how to deal with them so that they can feel better or feel more positive naturally. That would be the balance between our emotions and being
human.
Now we are just hearing the side that says someone who tells you to be positive is somehow bad. It's always important to check what energy you are sending out and how much time
you are spending in these phases because that is what makes us conscious. Jonita knows this.
As a matter of fact, she teaches this on the deepest level. This is probably a conversation you haven't heard before, and you are going to feel relieved, grateful, and validated when you do. The dark side has its beauty, and so does the light; how
do we manage these parts of ourselves in a conscious way to create miracles?
This interview was inspiring, and I'd love to have you listen to it if you are a woman who desires to feel
whole.
